Black Friday Storewide 50% Off Sale & FWP!

Did you have a nice Thanksgiving (if you're in the US, or a nice Thursday if you live elsewhere?) I sure hope it was relaxing. Regardless of what day it is, there is so much to be thankful for, don't you agree?

Now for the big news of today - oh boy! Let the serious savings begin! I just LOVE sales, don't you?! MyMemories is having a 50% off storewide sale from Black Friday through Cyber Monday!!

You probably already know this, but you don't need a coupon code to save half off of the digital scrapbook kits - just if you want to order physical products through the print shop - then you'll need that code:  blackbook35.

And guess what?! There is also not just one, but TWO free with purchase kits when your total reaches $30 (including the whole design shop, not only my store). Check it out! You do need to enter the coupon code for this one: BlackFridayKit2

I have quite a few new products in my store, some of which I haven't shared on the blog yet. I'll try to include some previews below, and also be sure to look at the post from yesterday to see the deal I have on my two Abundant Blessings extras bundles.

I've added my first CU product to the store, for those who may be interested in that. To use these textures for either personal or commercial use, you will need to have a program that can handle blending modes so that you can make them any color you want while retaining the texture. Some examples of programs with that capability would be Photoshop, Photoshop Elements, Paintshop Pro, etc. If you're interested in learning more about that, please leave me a comment, or you can also search for tutorials on Google or YouTube. This pack comes with ten 12"x12" 300dpi textures, plus a bonus slightly creased cardboard paper.

I'm also happy to announce the addition of the torn papers and messy papers to some previous collections, for those who like those (and I'm one of them!) I'm all about having lots of options when it comes to scrapbooking. I find it helps me to make more pages from the same kit, which makes me feel better about my purchase (that I got my money's worth out of it). Here are the newest packs:

I have quite a few layouts to share with the above products, but I'll just post a few for now and I'll be back with more tomorrow. I'll start with Joyful Harvest. This first page was made by Lidia using one of the wood papers, a wordart, the free leaf cluster from the cluster frames, some of the messy papers (tucked behind the photo), a brush accent, an add-on paper clipped to the frame shape and the border and rooster from the main kit. Wow - is that a fun combination or what? I love it!!

I made this next one using a wood paper, border, brush accent, two messy papers, wordart, and elements from both the main kit and add-on.

And this third layout uses the torn papers, messy papers, wordart, brush accents and elements from both the main kit and add-on.

Next let's look some pages made that include the new Scents of Autumn additions. My first page uses a wood paper, wordart, torn paper (cut), cardstock, a cluster, brush accent and one element from the main kit (the leaf cluster between the basket and bottom photo).

And this one uses two wood papers, brush accent, cluster, two messy papers, and kit elements:

How about some pages made with the Abundant Blessings collection? This first layout by Lidia is SO pretty, don't you think? She took a cardstock paper and put it on top of a wood paper, then erased part of the cardstock paper so that the wood paper could show through. (Please note that this is not possible that I am aware of at this time in MyMemories Suite, but for those who use programs like Photoshop or Photoshop Elements, it can be easily accomplished.) She also used a fabulous mask that goes out of bounds on the frame, which I believe was designed by PrelestnayaP. And to finish it off, she added a cluster from the cluster frame pack and also a wordart from this collection. Nice!

I made this next layout using a wood paper, messy paper, mixed and matched cluster frames, and brush accents (repeated).

And here is a page using a border, two messy papers, a torn paper and elements (yellow flower and leaves) from the main kit:

I hope you'll come back to see the rest of the layouts tomorrow, and  if you do any holiday shopping, that you find exactly what you were looking for. So long for now.
